Affordability and accessibility are core principles for us at #MyChronicHealthPass, so we'd never intended to sell printed copies of the booklets. During our trial stage though we were contacted by many people with conditions like Severe M.E/CFS who would struggle to print off a multi-page document, especially if they had to manually assist the double sided printing. We're currently looking at ways we could organise a small print run and keep costs down, but due to my own energy limitations and current Covid-shielding this could prove a little tricky to begin with.
If you'd be interested in printed copies then please fill out the form. We can't guarantee anything at this early stage, but if it is something that enough people need then we'll find a way to help get it to you. If you're an individual or run a charity or organisation who wants to fund a print run for your patients, service users, or local hospital or healthcare facility then please do contact us to discuss the options. As long as you're not selling the booklets on to vulnerable people at a profit then we're happy for organisations to purchase a full print run to distribute themselves. Commercial resale of the MCHCP is prohibited, but if you are a registered charity who has funded your own batch then you may accept voluntary donations and postage costs from recipients of the printed copies you purchased.
