We're hoping to have our VIP List up and running soon, as a place where health and social care organisations can show their support for the Chronic Health & Care Passport and let current and prospective patients know that they recognise its value in their care.

Please forgive the parts of the site that are still under construction, and remember that it is being created for you by other patients while wrangling their own chronic illnesses and disabilities, so progress is sometimes slower than we would like.
